Coca-Cola has ordered a major recall of Coke, Sprite, Fanta, and other beverages in Belgium, the Netherlands, Britain, Germany, France, and Luxembourg after tests found high levels of chlorate.
The recall affects cans and glass bottles distributed since November, with the company admitting a "considerable quantity" of drinks are impacted.
No word yet on potential health risks, but chlorate contamination can pose serious concerns.
