A grim report prepared by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) circulating in the Kremlin today says that President Putin has ordered an abrupt end to the surprise military drills of Russian forces launched on 26 February to counter the West’s aggression in Ukraine and ordered them, along with key ministries, to report to their assigned atomic-proof bomb shelters as war fears with NATO are now approaching its deadliest level since the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis. 
According to this report, Putin was forced to take this action due toNATO’s “illegal” using of its provisions contained in Article 4 which was requested by Poland and which will be discussed in an emergency meeting of this Western military bloc later today.
